Job Summary: Scott Petroleum is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Handler to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate and efficient storage of products in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts.
- Delivery Services:
- Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Verify product accuracy and quality before loading and delivering.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling and transporting products.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining delivery records.
